Each year we love to gift the kids and a few local families BOO Buckets! It's a fun tradition we started that has always been a hit. As the years have gone on, families have grown and the amount of buckets seems to change each year! Check out how I create budget friendly BOO buckets for everyone to enjoy below!
First, head to Walmart and Dollar Tree to take advantage of their great deals on fun spooky toys and crafts! This year we included vampire teeth, felt craft kits, pop-its, yo-yo's, stickers, balls, rubber ducks, stamps, straws, and more! For the littles, I always opt for fun activity books and halloween themed books. I was able to snag the cutest buckets at Dollar Tree, and decided to repurpose some Halloween Happy Meal buckets from McDonalds.
Next, arrange all of the assorted goodies into the buckets! The fun part, is each bucket is never the same. This year we decided to top off the buckets with a personalized cookie from a local bake shop! We then added a personalized note using old recipe cards. I decorated the cards with a twine bow, and that was it!

These buckets were inexpensive to make and a fun way to get everyone in the spooky spirit. Make them, deliver them, and be sure to hear they were a hit! Happy Haunting!
